To be responsible for regional annual sales quota and relevant KPI index 负责大区的年度销售预算及KPI指标
•
To be as people manager in South China Region 南方大区的经理，管理团队
•
To establish and maintain relationship with the local operators and other customers, develop local resources for cooperation and help carry out other marketing measures in the district concerned; 负责建立并维护与区域运营商及其它客户的良好合作关系，同时拓展区域内其它合作资源；对相关区域的其它市场推广方式进行配合执行。
•
To collect and analyze the information about the market and competitors and report the results to the superior; 负责所辖区域市场信息以及竞争对手的信息收集及分析反馈；
•
To collect customers’data, analyze their behaviors, investigate their needs and provide suggestion in the product research and operation. 收集用户数据，进行用户行为分析和需求调查，为产品研发运营提供参考建议；
•
To frame the feasible marketing plan, accomplish the revenue targets and increase continuously the corporation’s market share in the district concerned; 制订可行的市场推广计划并对区域业务收入指标负责，不断提高公司业务在当地的市场份额；
Requirements/Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree or above; 本科以上学历；
•
Holding great sense of responsibility / ownership；具备强烈的责任心和高度的敬业精神；
•
Able to independently carry out the marketing in the concerned district , be good at analyzing customer groups, managing comprehensively and at market operation, and be flexible with emergence; 能独立负责所属区域的市场推广，较强的用户群体分析能力、应变能力、综合管理和市场运作能力；
•
Good ability in communication, negotiation and business operation; people manage experience良好的沟通协调、谈判能力和商务操作能力，管理团队的工作经验
•
With good sense and ability of public relations as well as the good ability in business development and operation; 较强的公关意识和公关能力，较强业务开拓与执行能力；
•
More than five years experience in Telecommunications or wireless VAS marketing or sales, good personal relations with local operators and familiar with SP’s operation mechanism; experience in developing operators resources channels and in SP business sales are preferred. 五年以上通信或无线增值市场或销售工作经验，具有当地运营商关系资源，熟悉SP运营机制；有运营商资源渠道拓展和SP行业销售经验优先
